BOX CRAFTSMANSHIP
Through the hands of our binding master, Anouchka Agopian, every Fátoli box and certificate cover comes to life, crafted with artistry in Portugal and finished in our signature Fátoli blue.
FÁTOLI & HERS
Lifetime repair, made in our Porto atelier, by the same hands and materials that created the piece. Alterations for the next generation ensure it fits her as perfectly as it fits you.
OUR STORY: A LETTER FROM C.
At this moment, the visits to my grandparents became more frequent, and I grew more involved in their work. He, Alexandrino, was a tailor, and she, Rosa, was the tailoring specialist. The atelier had been founded in Porto in 1957, and by the time I entered their world, it had already shaped decades of stories and celebrations.
ETILUXE
We create with methods that have persisted for centuries: tailored lines drawn by hand, hems rolled by fingertips, silk thread spun in Portugal for 800 years. The scissors I use belonged to my grandfather. The boxes that hold our pieces are made by hand. Fátoli & Hers ensures that each piece can be cherished and passed down for generations.
FÁTOLI POLKA
Hand-drawn for The Runaway Venus collection, the pattern plays with distance: up close, a dance of symbols; from afar, a starry night disguised as polka dots.
THE ROUND BOXES
So, if someone asks me why our boxes are round… it’s because those little boxes represent the spark of womanhood, through the eyes of a small girl.
SILK HAND EMBROIDERY
The embroidery is done by hand in Portuguese silk thread, spun the same way for 800 years in Castelo Branco, Portugal - our mark of provenance, your signature of ownership.
SILK CARE GUIDE
When not in use, store your piece wrapped in the acid-free tissue paper provided, then place it inside your Fátoli box, away from moisture and direct light. Our boxes are breathable, designed to let the silk rest.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Our artisans create little delicacies for the soul. Each piece is born, stitched, and finished by the same hands, honoring techniques passed down through generations.
PORTUGUESE SILK
Today, only two ateliers remain. Castelo Branco is one of them, producing silk on a farm where they grow their own mulberry trees, feed the silkworms, and spin the thread by hand.
THE PACHA STORY
For years I felt frustrated, trying to capture that curiosity, fearlessness, and aliveness back into my everyday life. So I made a dress that brings her back.
THE SIENNA STORY
The inspiration came easily: the glamour behind an old paparazzi shot, the raw texture of cotton canvas, and the perfect size that holds more than it looks... The Sienna bag remained - a symbol of rebellion and ease.
