3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order, which occurs when the item is dispatched.

4. Made-to-Order Items

Fátoli pieces are produced specifically upon request. Production times may therefore vary and will be indicated where applicable.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Fátoli is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive defective or damaged.

If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us through the Inquiries page within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
