Our pieces are made in our Porto atelier, using Etiluxe principles: preserving ancient craft, working with natural, breathable materials, and ensuring fair compensation to local artisans.

Avoid contact with rain, water, and chemicals. For light marks on the canvas, gently spot clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not submerge in water. Do not machine wash.
Wipe occasionally the hardware with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its lustre. Avoid direct contact with perfume and moisture.
When not in use, store your bag in its Fátoli box, stuffed lightly with tissue to preserve its shape.

Each piece arrives in the Round Box Packaging, handmade in Portugal in our signature Fátoli blue. We encourage it to be kept and used, as it is an extension of the piece.
